Yes. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a refund minus any processing fees. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is free if your preferred performer is available for the new date. Contact us as early as possible if plans change.

In the rare event of illness or emergency, we will arrange a suitable replacement as quickly as possible. If a replacement can’t be found, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit. This situation is extremely rare — we take reliability very seriously.
